This document governs the commercial relationship between Sibaq Digital Solutions & Business LLC (the operator of the “Mustajer” platform) and any lessor wishing to subscribe to one of the advertising packages available on the platform. It should be read in conjunction with the Platform Terms of Use and Privacy Policy published on the platform, which together form the complete legal framework governing the service.

This document governs the commercial relationship between Sibaq for Digital Solutions and Business (the operator of the "Mustajer" platform) and the Lessor wishing to subscribe to one of the listing packages available on the Platform. This document is to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy published on the Platform, which together form the complete terms and conditions framework.
By completing the purchase of any package or clicking the "Confirm Subscription" button or its equivalent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms.
The following terms shall have the meanings set out alongside them in the context of this document, unless the context requires otherwise:
"The Platform": The Mustajer website and application and all its official channels (Android, iOS, and associated dashboards).
"The Company," "We," or "The Operator": Sibaq for Digital Solutions and Business, the owner and operator of the Platform.
"Lessor": The natural or legal person registered on the Platform for the purpose of listing their products or assets for rent.
"Package": A paid subscription that entitles the Lessor to publish a specified number of listings and benefit from additional features according to the selected package tier.
"Listing": A post placed by the Lessor on the Platform describing the product, its rental terms, and contact information.
"Package Duration": The specified time period during which the package remains active from the moment of activation.
"Fees": The financial amounts due from the Lessor in exchange for subscribing to a package or paid service.
"Payment Gateway": The third-party service provider certified by the Platform to process electronic payment transactions.
2.1 These terms apply to all Lessors registered on the Mustajer platform who wish to subscribe to any of the available packages, whether they are individuals or business entities.
2.2 These terms apply in conjunction with the Platform's general Terms of Use, the Privacy and Data Protection Policy, and any operational rules or supplementary policies issued by the Platform from time to time.
2.3 This document, together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, forms the complete terms and conditions framework of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between this document and the general Terms of Use specifically regarding packages and payments, the provisions of this document shall prevail.
3.1 The Platform allows the Lessor to choose from multiple subscription tiers that vary in the number of permitted listings and accompanying features. Currently available packages include:
3.2 The Platform reserves the right to modify package specifications and pricing at any time, with notice to existing Lessors no less than (15) days prior to the amendment taking effect. No modification shall affect packages that have been purchased and are active at the time the notice is issued.
4.1 A Lessor's subscription to a paid package constitutes a binding electronic commercial contract subject to the provisions of the Electronic Transactions Law in force in the Sultanate of Oman.
4.2 The package is activated immediately upon the successful completion of payment and receipt of electronic confirmation from the certified payment gateway.
4.3 The Lessor receives an electronic confirmation message containing the details of the purchased package, the start date of the subscription period, the end date, and the number of available listings.
4.4 In the event of a delayed activation due to technical reasons, the Lessor must contact the support team within (48) hours of completing the payment.
4.5 The Lessor may not transfer or assign the package to another account without prior written approval from the Platform.
5.1 Package prices are displayed on the official subscriptions page within the Platform and include all applicable fees at the time of purchase.
5.2 All payments are processed through the certified payment gateway and in accordance with its security standards (PCI-DSS). The Platform does not store sensitive card data such as the full card number or CVV under any circumstances.
5.3 The Platform issues an electronic invoice for each successful purchase, which is sent to the email address registered on the account.
5.4 The Lessor is obligated to use a payment method they are legally authorized to use. In the event of using a third party's card, the Lessor alone bears all legal or financial consequences that may arise from this, and fully indemnifies the Platform from any liability in this regard.
5.5 The Platform bears no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by the bank or payment card provider on the Lessor outside the scope of the purchase transaction.
6.1 General Rule: All package payments are final and non-refundable after activation, given that the service is digital and delivered immediately.
6.2 Refund Exceptions: A refund request may be accepted in the following cases only, at the discretion of the support team:
6.3 Refund Request Procedure: The request must be submitted in writing through in-app support within (7) business days from the date of the incident, along with proof of payment and a clear description of the issue.
6.4 Refund Processing Period: Approved refund requests are processed within (14) business days from the date of approval, and amounts are returned to the original payment method.
6.5 Cancellation by the Lessor: The Lessor may cancel their subscription at any time; however, this does not entitle them to any refund of fees for the remaining period of the package.
7.1 Each package is valid for its specified duration from the moment of activation, and is not automatically renewed unless the Lessor has explicitly enabled the auto-renewal option.
7.2 The Platform sends a notification to the Lessor (7) days before the package expires, reminding them of the expiration date and available renewal options.
7.3 Upon expiration of the package without renewal, published listings are automatically suspended from appearing, while being retained as drafts for (30) days, during which the Lessor has the opportunity to renew and republish them.
7.4 The Lessor is not entitled to claim compensation or an extension for any days or listings unused during the package period.
By subscribing to any package, the Lessor agrees to the following:
8.1 Use the package solely for its authorized purpose, which is publishing listings for genuine products that they own or have the legal right to rent.
8.2 Comply with the Platform's general Terms of Use and applicable content policies.
8.3 Not share the package or Platform account with third parties or use them for the benefit of other entities without prior written authorization.
8.4 Provide honest and complete disclosure of the specifications and actual condition of listed products, and refrain from publishing any misleading content or content that violates applicable regulations or public morals.
8.5 Respond to inquiries from Lessees through the Platform's in-app communication channels within a reasonable time.
8.6 Notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any technical issue affecting their listings or package.
A violation of any of these obligations shall constitute sufficient grounds for suspending or canceling the package without a refund, in accordance with the provisions of Article (10).
The Platform commits to the following in relation to subscribing Lessors:
9.1 Activating the package immediately upon successful payment completion and sending written confirmation containing its details.
9.2 Providing all features advertised within the purchased package throughout its entire duration.
9.3 Notifying the Lessor of any material amendments to packages no less than (15) days before they take effect.
9.4 Providing a technical support channel to answer inquiries and handle complaints during official working hours.
9.5 Maintaining the confidentiality of payment data and account data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
The Platform does not guarantee a specific number of views, inquiries, or rentals resulting from a published listing, as these metrics are affected by external factors beyond the Platform's control.
10.1 The Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the package without a refund in the following cases:
10.2 In less severe cases, the Platform will send a written warning to the Lessor and grant them a period of no less than (5) business days to rectify the violation before taking any action.
10.3 The Lessor has the right to contest a suspension or termination decision by submitting a written review request within (14) days of being notified of the decision. The Platform is obligated to respond within (10) business days of receiving the request.
11.1 The Platform provides its services "as is" without express or implied warranties regarding visibility rates or expected commercial outcomes.
11.2 The Platform bears no responsibility for any dispute arising between the Lessor and the Lessee outside the scope of the Platform, nor for losses resulting from: a temporary service interruption for maintenance or technical failures; changes in view rates due to ranking algorithm updates or market conditions; or failures or delays in external payment gateway systems.
11.3 In all cases, the Platform's maximum financial liability toward the Lessor is limited to the actual value of the purchased package in dispute, with a ceiling of two hundred (200) Omani Riyals per incident. The Platform shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or lost opportunities.
11.4 The limitation of liability set out above does not apply in cases of fraud or bad faith on the part of the Company, or in cases where applicable law does not permit the limitation of liability.
12.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time as required by operational or regulatory developments.
12.2 The Platform will notify active Lessors of any material amendment no less than (15) days before it takes effect, via in-app notification or the registered email address.
12.3 The Lessor's continued use of their package after the amendments take effect constitutes legal consent to the updated version. In the event of disagreement, the Lessor has the right to cancel their subscription in accordance with the provisions of Article (6).
13.1 These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
13.2 In the event of any dispute relating to these terms, an amicable resolution shall first be sought through official support channels within a period of (30) days. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the competent Omani courts shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.
13.3 If a competent judicial authority rules that any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision alone shall be severed, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event of a conflict, the provisions of this document shall prevail specifically with regard to packages and payments.
